Responsibility, Respect, and Trust

Give me your definition of these three words and how they relate to us in this course.

Responsibility, Respect, and Trust

  1. Responsibility is a accepting blame. For example, when I'm late to gym because I'm waiting for my friends, I just apologize.

    Respect is accepting the way something is. If you don't like someones idea because it's weird, you should respect it for being unique.

    Trust is letting people help you succeed. If I on the balance beam with people under me, I am trusting them.

  2. Respect is listening to others, and not just hearing what they have to say, but actually trying to understand them to. In our class, we could show respect by listening to what others have to say, and not dissing their ideas.

    Responsiblity is accepting consequense for doing something wrong, and also taking the initiative to do what's right. In this class, we could be responsible for our own actions, and remeber to come on time and dressed.

    Trust is believing in a person when she/he says they'll do something. Trust in this class could be believing someone will not let you fall.

  3. Responsibility: Taking the blame for something you did and not pointing fingers; blaming other people doesn't help our class to get along better
    Respect: Listen to others and don't be mean to others or yourself; communication is key to overcoming obstacles in class
    Trust: Believe people will help you not hurt you and that you can rely on a person when help is needed; we need to trust each other so that we can get along

  4. Responsibility: Keeping out of situations that could get you into trouble. and if you do get in trouble. knowing how to fess-up to what you did wrong and handling the consiquences or knowing that you didnt do anythign wrong and standing up for yourself.

    Respect: Taking things as they are. not changing them. understanding differences and paitently waiting your turn to show everyone your differences.

    Trust: knowing that respect and responsibility are going to happen

  5. Responsibility: Taking blame for your actions and accepting the consequences. If we blame others in our class, then we will never become a community.

    Respect: Listening to others when they are talking and not interrupting them. Also don't be rude or mean to others. We need to listen to each other in order to succeed with almost all of the activities we do.

    Trust: Knowing that someone will always be there for you no matter what you have to to do or what you are going through. They will help you and catch you if you fall. We need to trust that all of our classmates will help us and not make fun of us or be mean to us if we are scared to do something.

  6. responsibility- making sure the blame for your actions. doing everything that you are suppose to be doing.

    respect- making sure you treat everyone how you would want to be treated. listening to others and being kind to them.

    trust- knowing that someone is there when you need them. being able to catch someone when they fall.

  7. Responsibility is taking control of your actions and doing the right thing. In class, we use responsibility to do what we are supposed to be doing.

    Respect is being nice to people and their opinions whether they differ from our own or not. We use respect when others speak up in class and share their opinions.

    Trust is the belief that other people are looking out for your best interest. Trust is used in class when we are uneasy about something and need support from others.

  8. responsibility is being in charge, taking up what is your wheter it be tasks or consequences.

    respect is giving others their deserving. For example, time to talk. In our class we tend to just speak over people. I think we should fix that and show our respect to everyone.

    trust is relying on someone to follow through. in our class it's believing that other members will do what their supposed to do. Also it can mean telling others about personal things, and being vulnerable.

  9. Responsibility is taking the blame or taking the lead. If you take the blame and you know it is the truth, you feel good that you did the right thing.

    Respect is a way to show friendship and care. If someone falls and everyone laughs, but we don't, then we build a bond of friendship.

    Trust id the formality of giving responsibility to others and yourself. For example if you do the falling trust activity, you must align yourself to fall into the other person's hand and the partner must be ready to catch you when you fall.

  10. Responsibility is doing the right thing and when you do the wrong thing, you accept your consequences. For example, when we are talking when we are not supposed to then we should apologize and stop

    Respect is making sure that you treat people with kindness and care. For example, if someone falls then we should not make fun of them and instead just help them and be kind

    Trust is knowing that someone is there for you and that you will not decieve them. For example, when we are doing scary activities that invlove partners we need to be able to trust them so we know that everything will be oay

  11. Responsibility is when you understand that your actions have consequences and act accordingly. We need resposibility in class because we have to be unafraid of being wrong and apologize for our mistakes

    Respect is when you believe someone else has worth (whether it be in ideas or simply listening). We need it in class because when we share ideas, we have to be respectful of everyone and not insultive.

    Trust is believing in someone else to help you and not hurt you. We need to be able to trust people in class because a lot of the activities cannot be done alone.

  12. Responsibilty is being accountable for your own actions and mistakes. In class, we need responsibility in order for people to be leaders.

    Respect is listening to others and treating them how you would want to be treated. We need it in class so everyone will feel like they belong and that they can be themselves without being judged.

    Trust is believing in others and having people's back when they need it. In class, we need trust because we have to believe in each other and make everyone feel safe, not pressured.

  13. Responsibility is making sure that those around you are safe when you're helping them out and being ready to accept the consequences if something happens to them.

    Respect is giving everyone in the class a chance to be in the spotlight when they excel without being vain about our own issues.

    Trust is being able to rely on others and making sure others can rely on you in any situation.

    Trust: Letting others take responsibilies and believing that you can rely on them.

  18. Respect - treating others with kindness. You should respect to classmates who give ideas about activities.
    Responsibility - being accountable of your actions including mistakes. You give an idea and you should be responsible for that idea
    Trust - Believing others. Someone gives an idea and you follow that idea.
